June and listers, For what it's worth: Years ago, after finding several unmarked graves of relatives, I asked our local "famly" funeral home about the aluminum temporary markers that they used, and was told they would not sell me one or two at a time, but would order a "lot " for me. If memory serves me correctly, it was about 25. A friend and I planned to share the cost of an order, but something came up and we never followed through. Ask your local, or even Tyrees in Mt Hope, if they can do that for you. They were brushed aluminum, with a space where you were to insert the letters that make up the name. They would hold up to weather better then, say, crosses made of wood. Good luck. Joyce
