What I know about Nancy Bierne MANSPILE and Oscar Burne LIVELY is that they lived in Fayetteville, WV and had the following children: Max, Ernest Ray d. 28 Jul 1937, Ivor, Lucille Derby (she may have become a Catholic nun and moved to New England), and Nannie Elizabeth (may have married a Mr. Neil).
