    3. I have some information on the Jameses of Beards Fork , would be glad to let you have but need to get it back from a friend that borrowed it. I also remember someone awhile back asking about the name Eskew, at the time it didn't ring any bells , but I was going through my old pictures of the people that lived in Page & Kincaid years ago, I came across a picture of four people that were standing in front of the old Ingram Branch School, they are listed as follows; Glenna Kincaid , Winnie Kincaid , (sisters) Laura Blake and E.B. Eskew, E.B. Eskew is wearing a Uniform and the women are all wearing coats alike. The picture must have been taken during war times. Does anyone have any idea who this E.B. Eskew is? 2. Sarah, I really cannot tell you if the burial spot of my great grandfather is in with the Johnson Cemetery. The friend who located the grave for me said only "Clement Cemetery", and no more. I do not even know if there is a marker, although his son, Aiken Patterson, should have taken care of that matter. The last time I was in Fayette Co. was the day of the dedication of the bridge. I was visiting a cousin who lived in Lewisburg, and was not free to grave hunt. Thank you for your interest. Alice in FL

    2. Michele Sherk
    3. Hello Listers, A VERY nice lady at the Fayette Co., Public Library contacted me in my query about finding my grandparent's and my aunt's and uncle's obits...the only one that she could find was my grandmother's from 1959, which is strange...because I figured that they would be definately able to find my grandfather's from 1974...oh well, I don't know where else to look for his, his address when he died was R #1 in Beckley, Wv, is that in a different county? Sorry, for sounding stupid, but the last time that I was there I was a very little girl, I can more or less just remember smells and mental pictures, not actual directions and things of that nature. This is what she sent me: michele, I did find the obit for emma tincher. our microfilm printer isn't very clear so I have it typed it out below. MRS. EMMA TINCHER, 55, OF OAK HILL SUCCUMBS Mrs. Emma Tincher, 55 of Oak Hill died at 6:15 pm. Tuesday, April 28. Death was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage. She was born at Handley on August 17, 1903. Last rites were conducted at 2pm Friday, May 1, in the Freewill Baptist church at Route 1 Fayetteville, with the Rev. Lee Dilley officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant View Cemetery. Surviving the lady, who was well liked by all who knew her, are her husband, Forrest of Oak Hill; one son, John of Charleston; four daughters, Mrs. Dever Varner of Elkhart, Indiana, Mrs. Emma Lee Donner of New London, Ohio, Mrs. Drewsillia Burke and Mrs. Anna Mae Goode, both of Cleveland, Ohio. Three brothers, Frank Ritz of Ohio, Howard of Charleston and Adam of Kaymoor; four sisters, Mrs. Josephine Cotcamp of Rt 1, Fayetteville, Mrs. Ella Letcher of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Dora Cotcamp of Riverview and Mrs. Edith Nickols, address unknown and 10 grandchildren. At least this gives me more family names on her side of the family to go with too. So if anyone out there recognizes these names or maybe know of them or their children or anything like that...please let me know...this is one of the 2 toughest families in the trees that I'm doing and any and all help and contact is appreciated.
