    1. [WVFAYETT] Criminal court records
    2. June & Marco
    3. Can anyone tell me if there exists and if I would be able to look at a list of criminal court cases that came to trial ca1906-1910 in Fayette Co. It would be a trial for murder or attempted murder (some people say the fellow who was shot died; others say they don't know). I don't know the name of the victim (who was said to be leaving his shoes by the wrong bed) as my great-grandfather was the one alleged to be behind the shotgun. Thanks for any suggestions to how I might try to resolve this bit of oral family history. June

Is this the father of George Alexander Burnsides? I believe George Alexander Burnsides and Sarah Noble are my GG Grandparents thru their daughter Jerusha. Can anyone clear this up??
