Hi, I am searching for any information on my 3x greatgrandmother, Margaret Magdeline Halsey. She was born in 1838 (or there abouts) and died in 1884. She is buried at Mt. Zion Cemetary in Calhoun Co. She married John N.Sturm. John married three other women, each after the death of the last. I believe Margaret was his first. John was born in Barbour County and moved to Calhoun County, where he is shown in the 1870 Calhoun Census. The census shows Margaret born in WV, but I don't know where. I have checked the 1850 census records of Barbour and Randolph County, but had no luck there. Has anyone ran across this surname who may have an idea where I should look? Thanks in advance.
