I have the surname MOSES , from Cabell , County in my maternal family genealogy. They are not a ancstor , just married into family.I don't have a lot , but some went to Wyandotte , County,OH. , around Upper Sandusky. I will share the info I have if you think it might be helpful. Thanks, Ernie. I think that I am already in touch with a researcher from that family line. If it is the same line, it is from a WAY older brother to my husband's Archy Moses in Montgomery County, Virginia who moved into Putnam County before the Civil War. I have been looking for a male with the last name Moses who descends from this line to do DNA testing to prove my theory. I already have lots of information, I just need to find an interested participant with the right paper trail. So if you would want more information and you think that this maternal line that went to Upper Sandusky was from the Putnam County area, I would be happy to share what I have.
