Most of the ones I've researched were born and lived their lives in the Lincoln, Cabell, Boone or Putnam Co. areas. There is another Burns cemetery that I know of that is associated with the Burnses of Lincoln Co., but it's located just across the line in Putnam Co. I've never been there, but according to the list of cemeteries published by the Upper Vandalia Historical Society in 1990, the cemetery is located on Cherry Run, off Big Creek between Hamlin and Hurricane.
