Elizabeth BLUE, (b. 1763) m.1799 Israel HEATH (b.1773). According to some reports, he was born in northern England or Scotland. However, in 1880 census records, one or more of their children reported that he was born in VA and she in MD. They were married in Martinsburg, Berkeley Co. VA.
