Blake's death certificate. She was born 6 Jan 1889 and died 13 Mar 1931, in Cabell County, WV. She was the daughter of John Craig and Fannie Carus. It states that both John and Fannie were born in Virginia. Anna was buried at Greenbottom Cemetery. The informant on the death certificate was Grover Blake and he resided at Ona, WV.
