They're both recorded on the 1840 census for Cabell County. These two men were born between 1801 and 1810, probably in Pittsylvania Co., VA. There's speculation that their parents were Spencer Sr. and Rebecca Rigney, or Abraham and Edith "Ipha" Dalton. Can anyone help me out?? Thanks in advance. Patrick Murphy [email protected]
