Thence with the same S75 degrees(?) 80 poles to two chestnuts oaks on a knob S.13.E.164 poles to a beech sugar tree and gum on Mr. McComas branch corner to a survey of 200 acres made for Thomas McComas, Jr. Thence with same North 154 poles to a white oak hickory on a ridge corner to a survey of 70 acres made for Thomas McComas, Jr. Thence with the same N___W 6 poles to the beginning with its appurtenances. To Have And To Hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land, with its appurtenances, to the said Lewis Midkiffand his heirs forever.
