    3. This is a pretty unsual question. I believe that Catlettsburg KY, was the nearest place to get married w/o blood tests and waiting period in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Can anyone tell me the place in Virginia that was also a place of choice? I did know but can't remember. Also does anyone know if there is online access to the index for these KY and VA counties?
