I don't know for sure. I am looking for a Riggs Cemetery with James Oliver and his wife Eltha Adkins are buried. According to James's death cert. he was buried at Riggs Cemetery. Just pass the church the road forks, if you stay to the left and follow that road which I believe is Buffalo Creek Road. You will start climbing a hill, at the top the road will make a sharp left hand curve. To the right you will see a driveway with about four homes. Take that driveway passed the homes to the ridge of the the hill and it will take you back to the Smith & Riggs cemetery. Is that the one you are looking for?
