Hello All, I am trying to piece together the LITTLETON family that was in Cabell Co, WV in the early 1900's. The census records have been good but only up to 1930. Does anyone know if any of this family still lives in the area? I am trying to locate any living descendants of this line to communicate with. The most recent info I have (1930 census) is the family of Russell H Littleton and wife Sadie - married about 3 years. Also Charles William Littleton and wife Cora Etta and Robert Williamson Littleton and wife Addie. These 3 were brothers. There were a couple sisters (Alice & Mary) and it appears another brother, John Sherman Littleton with wife Flora but she is on the 1930 census as a widow. I'd love to know the last names of these wives, when John S died and is buried, any info on their children and HOPEFULLY a descendant that is still living in the area. Have you looked at the records available online through the WV archives. I did a quick search of death records and there are 14 in Cabell co alone. They also have marriage & birth records Marriage records are available online through 1968. For searches on living people zabasearch.com is always a good place to look, especially if you know about when they were born.
