These Goodwins were in the vicinity of Cabell county in the mid 1830's. then both appeared in Lawrence county, Ky in the early 1840's. I am trying to locate any info on them. Were they brothers? Theophilius Hendricks Goodwin bc 1080 in Fleming KY was the s/o William Goodwin and Jane Hendricks per information found at www.gencircles.com and the LDS site, www.familysearch.org . it says that Wm. & Jane Goodwin had sons: William 1818-1891...bn in Fleming KY Enoch 1807 - 1895...bn. Fleming , KY Theophilius 1808 bn. Fleming , KY....died...? no Henry B. is listed as one of their children.... so i suspect the two men are prob. not brothers. Theophilius married Frances Sofanna Meade and all of their children were listed as being bn. in Indiana &/or Illinois. Henry B. bc 1810 VA had children Frances Ann bn. 1836 in KY / Charles 1840 KY and Henry H. 1844 also bn. in KY. i've not found any mention of Henry's parents at any site that i have searched. will keep trying.
