She was born in Huntington, W.Va., Nov. 19, 1921, the daughter of John Howard Rice and Margaret Chapman Rice.     She graduated from Huntington High School in 1940 and attended Marshall University. She married her lifelong sweetheart, Donald T. Williams in 1943 and was his partner in their many life adventures.     Marjorie was the quintessential wife and mother, raising two loving sons, Donald T. “Tom” Williams Jr. and Jon Knox, also of Virginia Beach.     Marjorie was active in her communities, wherever she lived, and most notably was a member of the Huntington Junior Women’s Club and the First United Methodist Church. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.     A celebration of her life will be held at the Hollomon-Brown Chapel on Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach Wednesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Bob Pipkin will officiate and there will be special music by Curt Miller. All who knew her are invited to participate. Burial will be in the family plot at Woodmere Cemetery in Huntington, W.Va.
