WV, died 30 June 1895...she was the d/o Wesley Pritchard [ bn. 1844] and Jessica Charity Epling [bn. 1846]. Found no listing for Virginia's parents in the 1900 census - -can they be assumed deceased? and therefore could not take any of their grandchildren.? Go to www.rootsweb.com to trace the Pritchard and Epling lines....lots of info there - -4 entries shown if you put Wesley Pritchard and Jessica Epling in at the Family Trees Advanced area.
