Doug, You sound a bit familiar with the area which was once all Cabell Co. I have found some land records on the internet which talks about twelve pole creek and Mill Creek, also Beech fork of Twelve Pole Creek and Long Creek, Davis Creek. Do you know where these are located on today's maps?? There is an entry of Cits, as foriegners with other foriegn families whose names appear close to others on the ship logs Hanselman, Ruff. Nancy there is nothing in the book about when it was started. Debbie & i were at the Old Central City Days this week-end & Lola Miller was there.
