Could some one tell me if the Wellsburg Herald is on microfilm for the year 1892. The FHC does not have it on microfilm. Also if it is on microfilm, which library would I go to, to view the film. A friend is traveling next week and has offered to stop in Brooke Co and do Obit look ups for me. So I would like to have all the information I can on where she should go to do the look up.
