Elbert Snow Wimer married Elsie Ina McKim.They lived in Ohio. Their first child was born in 1923. Elbert was born Jan.21,1898 in W.Va. His children's birth certificates give conflicting places of birth for him. One says Upshire County,(I know there is an Upshur) one says Arlington (which I know is in Upshur) and one says Parkersburg. He had at least two brothers.Benjamin was probably born around 1906,He still lived in W.Va in 1925 when his first child was born, then they moved to Stark County, Ohio. My mother thinks another brother's name was Enoch. Thanks to those who are trying to help me get past this brick wall.
