Justine Cottrell (maiden name is Lynch), who lived in Wellsburg, Brooke Co.,Wv. Possibly time of death is sometime after Nov. 1990. She just used her middle name of Justine. She had four or five children. She was born in Ritchie Co., Wv. in 1920, daughter of James M. and Icie Varner Lynch. Her mother died in Feb. 1975, in Weirton, Wv. Any other info., needed, please advise.
