Here is something I found, which I am pasting on here. Druscilla Swearingen is one of my ancestors. WEST LIBERTY First organized town in the Ohio Valley. Formed in 1787. First court of Ohio County met at Black's Cabin here in 1777. Nearby is grave of Captain Samuel Brady, hero of the Pennsylvania and Virginia frontiers
