Does anyone know what asylums were around Bethany, WV, in 1849? Robert Buchanan worked for the Campbells, who founded Bethany College, in their printing shop and James A. Campbell was declared the guardian for the under age children. I have found nothing on Julia after 1849. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
