List, I know that Elijah Phillips and his wife in 1870 were living in Brooke County. A few doors from was the Keller family. Probably Ann's family. Ann died in the early 1870's and Elijah married my Great Grandmother Anna Eliza DOULING. In the 1880 census they were living in Chartiers Borough, Pa with his children by Ann and a son Albert with 'Annie". I really need to find out any information I can on Annie's family. I really don't know which state she was born, she put Pa - WV - V on three different census. and on one of her childrens death certificate was Mother - Anna Douling - b. Pa. It really is a puzzle. She was born in 1846 and I am wondering if WV was still just Virginia at that time? Anyway, I thought maybe a descendent of the KELLER family still be around and maybe shed some lite on the situation. I have been searching for two long years and have found nothing, not even the year she died or where she is buried. So, please, I hope someone can help. Alice California
