First I will and direct that my excutor herin after named shall as soon after my demise as may be conveient sell at public auction to the highest bidder on a reasonable audit, my farm situated in Brooke County, Virginia and adjoning lands of William Mahon, John M??man, Tobias Hendricks and others after giving at least 60 days public notice of the time and place of sale; and out of proceeds of said sale, shall first pay my funeral expense other just debts, and out of the residue I will and devise to my daughter Elizabeth Stewart $10.00 and the remainer of the purchas money aforsaid I will and devise unto my son John Walker and to my daughter Mary Abraham, wife of Daniel C. Abraham, Margaret Wheeler wife of Hanson Wheeler, Sarah Price, wife of Hiram Price. Share and share alike and all the residue of my estate wheather real or personal I will and bequeath after the paynment of all expense to my said son John Walker and my said daughters Mary, Margaret & Sarah. Share and! share alike lastly I here by nominate and appointment Daniel Polsby executor of this my last will and testment in testimony where of I have unto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 24 day of September 1839.
