Finally received my Great Grandmothers death certificate and learned her mothrs name - Sa rah PARKS, her father was a DOWLING but there was no given name available. My Great Grandmother was Anna Eliza DOWLING/PHILLIPS, she married Elijah PHILLIPS. Elijah had been married before (his wife died) marrying Anna sometime in the middle to late 1870's. His first wifes maiden name was KELLER. MORROW, Alex, is the family whom Anna was either staying with or visiting in the 1860 census, they were living in Fayette, Pa.
