Shannon Ann Cabell Ashford 1/28/02 Shannon Ann Cabell, 18, of Ashford died Jan. 28, 2002, of injuries received in an automobile accident near Ashford. She was a senior at Sherman High School, where she was a student in marketing class. She was a member of Ashford Church of God Holiness. Surviving: daughter, Emaly Leann Cabell at home; parents, Roy Alfred and Theresa Ann Cabell; brothers, Roy Lee Cabell and Roy Anthony Cabell; sisters, Lisa Ann Cabell and Christine Nicole Cabell; maternal grandfather, James R. Bently of Hernshaw; maternal grandmother, Vivian Holtsclaw of Chesapeake. Service was 1 p.m. on Jan. 31 at Ashford Church of God Holiness, Ashford, with the Rev. Ed Tatum officiating. Burial was in Barker Cemetery.
