I am looking for twin girls name Rachel and Rochelle. Their mother was Priscilla Garrett and she was Madison, Boone County, WV. Priscilla's parents were Ted and Gladys Garrett. Before being married, Priscilla had these twin daughters by a Randy McClure from Lincoln County, WV. She later married a man by the name of Foster and the girls supposedly took his name also. The last time the family of the biological father heard from these girls, they were supposedly living around Atlanta, Georgia. And Rochelle may have been married about this time.
