I am trying to find a L E Vaughan he was in Lincoln County in 1900 and then in Logan in 1910 was a widower there with three sons, Alexander Edward Vaughan who was 10 and Lonnie Vaughan who was 7 and G Garfield Vaughan who was 5. L E Vaughan married a gal named Bertha Duty after the 1910 Census was taken and I cannot find them on the 1920 Census of Logan or Lincoln so thought maybe they moved to Boone or maybe someone has heard of these people.
