Looking for information on a William C. Owens born 1923 and died 1976. Also his wife Virginia H. born 1922 and died 1992. Both are buried in the Payne's Chapel Cemetery in Mill Creek District. I am related to them but I can't find anything else about them. I can't find a marriage record for them or the complete birth or death date. William C. Owens lived just down the road for the Chapel as a kid. His father was James H. Owens. They lived close to the Virginia Line so I don't know where to find information on him. I looked for his death in the Martinsburg Court house and it wasn't there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Craig Gregory
