Dorthy Ruth Barrett born in 1913 in Berkeley County, mother is Georgianna Barrett, whose father and mother are John and Mary Morgan. I believe Dorthy (Dorothy) married David (?) Marpole (Marple) and had 3 boys. Does anyone have any information of these people? Dorthy worked in the Court House in Martinsburg or in Jefferson County.
