These records have been filmed by the Mormon Family History Library, and if there is a local Family History Center in your vicinity (most cities have one, at least; you can check for your own location at http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHC/frameset_fhc.asp) you can order the film there ($5.50). See http://www.familysearch.org, go to the library catalog, and search by place (Berkeley, part of West Virginia).
