I have two questions: 1. Does this census include verterans from both sides? 2. Would SKS who has this cd possible do a lookup for me? I am looking for: Phillip F. Rimel born January 26, 1834 in Virginia. I have records for a Philip F. Rimel serving in the 58th VA Militia but can not confirm he is the same Phillip F. Rimel who lived in Berkeley County.
