Hello List, I am trying to correct and verify the data I have for Rachel OFFUTT. The source of this data in from LDS files, and WFT. The following is the exact info. from these files Rachel OFFUTT m. Alexander BUCKMASTER on June 27, 1797 in Berkeley Co. VA, now Leesburg, VA. The place where the marriage occured is incorrect. Leesburg is in Loudon Co. VA and was never a part of Berkeley Co. Berkeley Co. is now in West VA. , but in 1797 it was a part of the western frontier of VA. According to the World Family Tree estimate, Rachel OFFUTT was b. about 1757 to 1780. That's a span of 23 years! Hello?? Also according to the WFT, Rachel died about 1805 near Winchester, VA. Rachel OFFUTT and Alexander BUCKMASTER had a son: Corbin Washington BUCKMASTER B. April 24, 1798 in Charles Town, Berkeley Co., VA M. Catherine DAVIS Nov. 28, 1822 in Leesburg, Loudon Co. VA D. April 1, 1884 in Delaware, Ohio Thanks for any help with this. Ann
