Can anyone tell me if the Berkeley Co. Library in Martinsburg is open on Saturday or Sunday and if so what are the hours? Planning a trip there soon and my stay will involve one or both of those days as well as a Monday or Tuesday for Court House searching. Also can anyone tell me how to get to Johnsontown or Johnstown?
