I have recently found that Isaac Newton Bane (Bayne) (Baine) 1843-1918 a relative, left a diary that in the 1970s was in the Berkeley County Historical Society. Is there anyone on the list who lives close that could check this for me? It is supposed to have information on his service in the C.S A. during the Civil War.
