There are 10 Mattheai-Matthaei burials listed for Green Hill Cemetery (page 27 of the Cemeteries of Martinsburg and Berkeley County, West Virginia-Berkeley County Historical Society) Two of those list an Anna C., one with a birthdate of 1838 and the other with a birthdate of 1878 that is an infant that only lived 10 days. I also checked the Berkeley County Historical Society publication of Obituaries from 1791-1855 but found no indication of a Mattheai or Matthaei. Hope this helps.
