    1. EASTER
    2. Hi, I am not related to EASTER ----BUT I have a deed from Allegany Co Md which I recently got concerning my LEE family. quote from the deed " AT THE REQUEST OF HENRY EASTER the following deeds are recorded the 8th day of October 1816. This indenture made this 10th day of April in the year of our Lord 1816 between Edmund Boyd late collector of taxes of Allegany county in the state of Maryland of the one part and HENRY EASTER of Washington County of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the other part. This deed is 5 pages long----hand written and on file at Allegany Co Md courthouse in Cumberland Md. It is Deed Book I-J pages 72-76 Henry bought several farms in Allegany Co for back taxes in 1816 and if you want to get a copy of this deed you can write to the courthouse for it. More importantly , it tells that Henry Easter was living in Wash Co Pa in 1816 and you may want to check there for land records, marriages, wills etc of EASTERS. Happy Hunting-----Hope this helps you find your Easters. Edie Chaney Frederick Co Maryland. On 09/06/99 21:35:13 you wrote: > >njane@iolinc.net wrote: > >> Beverly, >> My POLING line is: >> Martin D.
