This will can be found on Fayette County, PA archives. You can see by the names he is referring to his Brother-in-law Frederick Wibel, He also had a brother in law names Adam Fast, but could be referring to another. I found the parents of Alva Weaver, I went to Morgantown and copied his obit. His parents listed were Wesley and Alice (Murphy) Weaver, I looked through the marriage books and found that a John W. Weaver married Alice Murphy on 3 Oct 1883. I found on Augustus John Smith Weaver and wife Eveline McDaniel had a son John W. born in 1861. I believe, may be correct. Can anyone Verify this? WILL OF NICHOLAS FAST In the name of God Amen, I Nicholas Fast of German Township, Fayette County and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, yeoman being weak of body but of a sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the sayee do make, ordain and establish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows viz: First I given and bequeath unto the three children of Mary Wibel deceased wife formerly of Frederick Wibel, one hundred acres of land situated in Jefferson County - State of Ohio being of part of a half section of land conveyed by my son, Francis Fast to me on the sixth day of March 1807 being No. 23 in the Eleventh Township and of fourth range said hundred acres of land be laid off. Weaver was married to John Sears and is now deceased but left seven children said Mahdlana's? share is to be equally divided amongst her seven children.
