Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock for C.S. "Lum" Nestor 74y who died at the local hospital on Friday following a long illness. He was born on March 22, 1882 at Nestorville, a son of the late Henry C. and Loverna Phillips Nestor and was married to Lula Dell Stemple who preceded him in death 1955. He is survived by six sons, T.C. of Kasson, Murl of Washington Court House, Ohio; H. Rav. Delmar, Carl S., and Dale all of Nestorville; three daughters, Mrs. Bliss Howdershelt of Kasson Mrs. Ernest (Edna) Lutz of Philippi and Mrs. Paul Furbee of Rd #3 Philippi. The following sisters Mrs. Cora Murphy of Philippi, Mrs. Vergie Nestor of Arden and Mrs. Lela Boylen of Grafton, 14 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren, also survive Funeral rites held at the Nestorville EUB Church by the Rev. Percy Pringle and Rev. Homer Stewart. Burial at Mount Vernon Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Nestor was formerly a member of the Barbour County Board of Education and was an active as a leader in the Nestorville EUB Church
