Thanks Nick, I will add this Duckworth information to the Family Album on the web page for those who have missed your post. To you ALL: I have not prepared any topics for discussion 8-) so please do jump in with what you may have. Have you got a brickwall somewhere in your research? Have you managed to break through one? Let us help, or give us a tip! A limited offer: A short time ago at our public library's charity book shop I found a copy of VOL 5 " Sacrey through Tyree" of Wardell's "Virginia/West Virginia Genealogical Data from Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty Land Warrant Records". At $3.00 it was too good to pass up even if it is the only volume of the set on my bookshelf. If you have an ancestor who fits between Sacrey and Tyree let me know and I will check the index for his/her records and give you the information. The index is an everyname index, so there is often info on a person not fitting within the S-T range there. This set of books looks like a great place to start a search, the numbers of files in the National Archives microfilms are included for further and more detailed search.
