Use http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cs& which will take you to the "cemetery search" page. Type in the name of the cemetery and right below that make sure you have West Virginia listed for the state. I would not any county name (or just leave it on "all counties") that way it will bring up all the cemeteries with the name you had typed in. You can then decide which cemetery it is that you are looking for. For example: there is a Mt. Pleasant Cem in Taylor Co. but there's also one in Preston Co, too (as well as a few other counties). Sorry Howard: I have been researching the Corders of Barbour County for 25 years and have never heard of a Noah Corder. Could it have been Carder? The names got mixed up a lot. Lyle Corder In a message dated 3/24/2013 16:45:12 Eastern Daylight Time, hashenfelter@frontier.com writes: Noah Corder?
Mr Corder, While the Coles are not related to me or my family, you may be able to help me with a hole in my family tree. Are you related to Noah Corder? Noah Corder had some sort of real estate deal with my gg grandfather, Jacob S. Ashenfelter in the 1860's. Do you know what the arrangement was and what became of Jacob Ashenfelter. I can find no record of him after the 1860 census Barbour County.
