    3. Seeking parents of Charles Talbert/Talbott b ca1857 and wife Alice. They are in the 1920 Barbour County, WV census. Their son Archibald Franklin Talber/Talbott b 1911, wife Myrtle are in the same census with son Charles Hubert Talbert/Talbott. I can't find these folks in 1910; it appears they were in Missouri.
