    3. I am sorry if this query is old to you, but since I am new to the list, I am sending it again. I am looking for information on my family. Believed to have originally been Hind. Variations of the name include HINDS [My current} HIND / HINES / HYNES / HYND, etc. My direct ancestory was in Beaver County, PA after the Revolution, but may have been descendent from Chester, PA, -- Albemarle, Augusta Counties in VA. Family members migrated through VA, PA, KY, TN, AL, AR, IN. Early names were James, William, Thomas, John, Samuel. At Beaver County, PA (Sewickley and N. Sewickley) John Hind - Revolutionary War [fifer] John, jr., George, Peter, and Jacob. Also Sampson and others. Related families included PIERSOL and OLDHAM. I would like to know what happened to the family and where descendents now live. Also, where was Revolutionary War, John Hind burried. I am Clif Hinds.     2. I am looking for the parents of Henry Curtis DAUGHERTY, b. 1857, m. Mary Ellen BURNER. I had them as Jacob A. DAUGHERTY b. abt 1826 and Jane WORKMAN b. abt 1830. But, I have found in the delayed birth records for Barbour Co. children listed as offspring of Jacob A. DAUGHERTY and Jane WORKMAN: James A.G. b. 6 Sep 1881; Franklin Wesley b. 14 Apr 1883 (and maybe Homer Bruce b. 23 Feb 1889, if Jane WORKMAN was also named Virginia). The years don't seem to be working right here. Did Jane have a child at age 27 and then at age 59? I doubt it. anyone have suggestions for this situation? Thanks, Brenda

I believe that the sons may have gone to Akron, OH to work. I have looked at the SSDI for them but didn't find exact matches, although a couple were close. Any information appreciated.
