I am very new to tracing my family tree and I have a question.. I am having a hard time finding birth certificates for my Grandmother and Grandfather and father, I have called the Department of Vital Statistics in Charleston W.Va. and they have no record of them.. My question is I know where they are buried, how could I get information from the cemetery, maybe that will give me the information as to where they were born, etc. My grandmother was born in 1880, my grandfather in 1881, and my dad in 1909. They were all buried in the same cemetery in Huntington, W.Va., Springhill Cemetery. I hope someone can help.. Thanks, Mike Bowles, stumped..
