HI, I was wondering if anyone on this list could give me some information. I have my grandfathers social security card, but in looking on SSDI there is no information listed either under his name or number. I would like to find an L-997 form so that I can request a copy of the application for his card. I am trying to identify his parents. Does anyone know of a site that might have this form to be printed? Thanks, Joan Peacor
