Hi Everyone: I have a Richard Pennington born abt. 1745 and he married Eleanor Prichard. They settled in Pendleton Co.,(W) Va abt. 1765/1770. They had the following children Richard b. 1770, Priscilla b. 1772, Barbara b. 1775, Palcy, and John b. 1777. I'm looking for help in the right direction or information on Richard Pennington's parents and/or Eleanor Pritchard's parents. It has been suggested that Richard Pennington is from the Cecil Co. Md area, and then another suggestion that Richard and Eleanor were in South Carolina about 1768 and that is the same year, Palcy (Mary?) Pennington was born. Can someone help? Trying to knock down this brick wall. Thanks Debbie
