I am not sure this message was sent out when I subcribed and so I am sending it again. Looking for the parents of Hardin Scaggs, b. 1831 in Kentucky or Virginia. He married Mahulda Jane Christian and lived in Wayne County, WV. We do not know who his parents were, but think their names were Isaac and Harriet. Help would be appreciated. Judy Fusonie
