Does anyone have access to the 1900 Soundex for WV? I need to have someone look up the names Lottie and Maggie RUSSELL. They should have been in Kanawha County but the 1900 Census film is hard to read in some places and our library here in Tampa does not have the 1900 Soundex for WV.
