    3. Hi Joan, I haven't finished my email but I'll jump in on your question. Firstly to 'qualify' for the list, you must have drawn benefits at some time from SS. Secondly, you have to be deceased. For instance, a person at age 60 or so who never drew on his/her account would not be in the SSDI.
